The dance intensive you don’t want to miss! A week of dance education held July 19-22 with award-winning artists Eric Klich, Ashlynn Malia, Ezra Sosa, Adrienne Kerr, Madeline Bay, Jeffrey Louizia, and Justin Hughes. Training will cover technique, fundamentals, choreography in contemporary, jazz, industry, ballroom, ballet, hip hop, and more for all intermediate and advanced dancers ages 10 and up!

Guest Artist Bios

Eric Klich was raised in Phoenix, AZ where he trained under Diverse Elements before graduating and attending The University of Arizona’s dance program. He then graduated in three years with his BFA in Dance. Eric was also awarded the title of Velocity Dance Convention 2017 Senior Male Maximum Velocity Artist, where he got to travel and assist choreographers like Kyle Hanagami, Shannon Mather, Ade Obayomi, Whitney Bezzant and Mark Kanemura. Today Eric choreographs for studios across America.
Ashlynn Malia is a musician and professional dancer from Los Angeles, CA. She started young  in the entertainment industry, touring all over the country with a kid’s music group from ages 12-15. After that she toured with Radix dance convention as their senior national winner and then as a pro-Assistant to choreographers such as Brian Friedman, Tyce Diorio, and Tessandra Chavez. She is a part of the dance company Unity LA and has also worked as a dancer for artists like Tinashe, Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber. When she’s not dancing, she is songwriting and working on her solo music.
Ezra Sosa started his career and training at Center Stage Performing Arts Studio in Orem, Utah. After his time at the studio he went on to compete on NBC’s hit shows ‘America’s Got Talent’ and ‘World of Dance’. Shortly after he was fortunate enough to share the cover of ‘Dance Spirit Magazine’ with his sister Stephanie. They both made history being the first sibling pair to make the top 10 of FOX’s summer hit show ‘So You Think You Can Dance’. After being eliminated from the Top 6 of the show he went on touring the country with ‘So You Think You Can Dance LIVE!’ as well as booking another tour with ‘The Bachelor’ franchise. Ezra loves his dance family above all else and hopes he can spread joy and prosperity throughout his career.
In college Justin danced Little Improvisations by Antony Tudor for Mr. Tudor’s centennial production, commissioned by the Tudor trust and set by Amanda McKerrow. He also achieved top 10 in triple jump and top 3 in pole vault for Principia College, while attaining a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Minor in Mathematics. He began his training with Inland Pacific Ballet under Victoria King and Kevin Meyers. He continued his dance education at the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet under John White and Margarita de Saa in their pre-professional society, the School of Oregon Ballet Theatre under Christopher Stowell, A.D. and Damara Bennett, S.D., and The Rock School for Dance Education under Bo and Stephanie Spassoff. He was part of Cincinnati Ballet’s Second Company.
Adrienne’s dance education began in Albuquerque and included internationally-recognized ballet company summer training programs. In YAGP competition, she earned multiple bronze honors before performing in New York finals. After a full scholarship to Pacific Northwest Ballet School, Adrienne joined Ballet Idaho at age 17 where she was nominated for the prestigious Princess Grace Foundation Dance Performance Award. In addition to her study of principal roles with Gelsey Kirkland in New York, Adrienne has performed principal roles in Firebird, Don Quixote, Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and in numerous works by George Balanchine. As a principal dancer, Adrienne’s notable roles include Anastos’ The Sleeping Beauty, Raymonda, Swan Lake, and Ravel Concerto; Balanchine’s Concerto Barocco and Agon; Tharp’s Nine Sinatra Songs; Mineko-Williams’ Grey Horses; Amarante’s Love Fear Loss; Davidson’s Ambiguous Content and Ghost(Light) premiere; and Liang’s Cinderella. Most recently, she filmed Danielle Rowe’s For Pixie. Adrienne has also served as company dancers’ representative, Apolla Shocks Beta tester, Featured Professional for Russian Pointe brand, and performs with contemporary dance company Project Flux. Teaching includes advanced ballet/pointe, variations and jazz classes, Dance for Parkinson’s, and summer intensive courses throughout the northwest. Her select private students have been accepted to nationwide summer, collegiate, annual training programs, and professional companies.
Madeline began her training at Illinois Ballet Theater in Moline, Illinois. In 2006 she joined the pre-professional company River Pointe Ballet. She studied under scholarships with the Bolshoi Ballet, Ballet West, Pittsburgh Ballet, Orlando Ballet, Northwest Dance Project, and Texas Ballet Theater. She attended the University of Utah and joined the resident company, Utah Ballet. She received her B.F.A. with a double emphasis in ballet performance and teaching essentials in 2012. Some of her performance highlights with Ballet Idaho include Fairy Godmother in Edwaard Liang’s Cinderella, Helena in Peter Anastos’ A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Snow Queen in The Nutcracker as well as featured roles in Danielle Rowe’s Dreamland, Ricardo Amarante’s Love Fear Loss, Alejandro Cerrudo’s Lickety Split, Lauren Edson’s Missed Migration and Robyn Mineko Willaims’ Grey Horses. In the summer, Madeline dances with ARC Dance in Seattle, under the direction of Marie Chong. During her 6 seasons with ARC, she has originated principal roles for works by Alex Ketley, Wen Wei Wang and David Fernandez. She has also performed principal roles with Terpsicorps Theatre of Dance in Asheville, NC and A.V.A. Ballet Theatre in Reno, NV. Locally Madeline has danced with LED, directed by Lauren Edson and Treefort Music Fest and teaches for Boise Ballet Academy, Ballet Idaho and Echo School of Dance.
Born and raised in Boston, MA.  Jeffrey Louizia discovered his love for dance right in the middle of his home. Being a part of a culture where  dance is the center of our everyday life. He knew that it was written in the stars that dance was going to be a massive part of his life. Attending  a performing art high called  Boston Arts Academy. here he became Proficient in many styles of dance, Jeffrey has studied extensively in ballet, tap, modern jazz, modern, hip hop, krump as well as traditional Haitian Folk dance. He has studied with such dance masters as Dianne Walker of “Black & Blue”, Mark Morris, Bill T. Jones.and Mandy Moore He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance from Dean College. Mr. Louizia’s performances have taken him all across New England up and down the Eastern US seaboard, West Coast, and internationally.  His strong base in choreography has led him to choreograph for MC Hammer, the Disney show The Andi Mac show. carnivals in Los Angeles. and choreographing for a national touring band called the salamanders. Jeffrey is the Director and founder of Lovolution A worldwide movement where love and self worth are brought to awareness through dance. He also is the hip hop director for the millennium dance complex hip hop  boom crew in salt lake city.  Since moving to Los Angeles he has been in many music videos and industrials including  featured Dancer in the movie dear dumb diary,  Sketchers, Black Eyed Peas “Rock Your Body,” Taio Cruz “Dirty Picture,” Ace Hood ft lil Wayne and rick ross “Hustle” and American Idol winner Alexandra Burke’s “Start Without You.” Jeffrey Louizia has also performed with Odyssey dance theater for 5 years performing productions thriller and Romeo and Juliet, in salt lake city Utah and touring Europe. Jeffrey Louizia loves to teach, motivate and inspire as well as being inspired by all who share and do not share his love for dance.
Sam McWilliams is a Portland, Oregon native where he trained at MVP Dance Elite. Throughout his dance career Sam has worked with Velocity Dance Convention in the MVA Pro Program where he assisted some of the dance industries top teachers and choreographers. Over the past 5 years he worked and assisted for Whitney Bezzant, Kyle Hanagmi, Shannon Mather, Ade Obayomi and more. In 2021 Sam won the prestigious title of Senior Core Performer at Radix Nationals in Las Vegas, Nevada. He will soon be going on tour with the Radix Dance Convention Circuit working with choreographers such as Brian Friedman, Tyce Diorio, Tina Caspary, Talia Favia, Tessandra Chavez, Chaz Buzan, Tricia Miranda and other faculty members. He has also been featured in music videos, worked for Disney and has been part of the YouTube Streamy Awards. Sam is planning his move to Los Angeles, California where he will be working with Clear Talent Group to continue his dance career.
